How to calculate the cost of a PDF file

It doesn't matter to us what format the source file is provided in. The cost of services is determined by the length of the text being translated. The rate per 1 page or 1,800 characters, including spaces, is fixed. It may change depending on the required order completion time or the complexity of the text but only after prior approval. The format of the source file does not affect the cost of the translation. It is not difficult to convert a PDF with text into a text editor file for counting characters. It's another matter if we are talking about drawings that cannot be converted or edited. In this case, the cost of our services is being negotiated.
