Absolutely not! We do not use any automated services because the main thing for us is the quality of the finished work. However, we use special software that allows making translations more efficiently. Nevertheless, the main work is performed by qualified staff who use their knowledge and experience, as well as relevant reference books, dictionaries, and other literature. Predominantly native speakers are involved in working on texts so they don't need any modern "props" at all. On the contrary, editing "crooked" machine text takes more time than translating from scratch.
